•  Meet & Greet Barcelona El Prat Airport to City Centre: Driver will be waiting for you inside the airport building (at arriva hall of the terminal), after luggage collection and customs controls. He (or She) will have a name board to let you meet him easily
  Departing from your accommodation to BCN Airport Terminal: If you are being picked up from the hotel, driver will meet you in the main lobby or reception. If pick up is at a private apartment, please have your group waiting out front at the pick-up time indicated in your reservation. Yes, this is the most comfortable way to go from Barcelona Airport to City Centre!

•  Quality Assurance We work hard to deliver to our Customers the best experience for their Holiday or Business travel. In case of any issue on pickup, we will contact you by phone. You can also contact us to our 24 hours helpline. In case of airport pickup, we check all flights arrival times to ensure the driver will be at airport terminal on landing time, and we give you half an hour, starting from the flight has landed, to claim your luggage and meet your driver. In case of any issue or luggage delay, please notify by email or by calling our 24 hours helpline.

•  Refund Policy: You can change your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled time of collection (if the taxi has not gone to the point of collection if this is more than 1 hour away from city centre). You may also cancel your reservation under the same conditions. We will fully refund the amount paid.
