I am arriving today. How much time before I need to book my taxi?
We need 1 hour to arrange your transfer. So you can make your taxi reservation up to 1 hour before your arrival.
Is my booking a shared transfer?
No, we only provide private transfers. You and your party will be the vehicle’s only passengers. This means no waiting for other passengers to arrive and no additional stops.
How long takes my booking confirmation?
The confirmation is immediate. Once terminated your reservation process and payment you will receive by email the confirmation voucher. Please check your inbox and verify all details contained in the voucher. It is mandatory to specify a phone number and your flight number.
Can I pay directly to the driver?
No, our company only delivers pre-paid services . But you can modify or cancel your reservation up to one hour before your pickup time and we will refund you the amount paid. You only have to send us an email (during working hours, Mon-Fri 09:00 to 18:00) with your request.
Meeting Point, where i will meet the driver at airport?
Customers arriving to Terminal 1, the driver will be waiting in the arrivals area (inside the airport building) In front of the glass door that separates luggage claim from the rest of terminal building, your will see a coffee-restaurant named "Caffè di Fiore". The driver will be standing there, holding a nameboard.

My flight is delayed. What I have to do?
Nothing. your driver will be checking your flight expected time of arrival to reschedule your pickup automatically. This is the reason why we need your flight number.
PayPal and Credit/Debit card payment Which do I have to choose?
We use two different systems for secure payments.
With PayPal you can pay with a PayPal account (if you have one) OR directly with your credit card. To pay with credit card click the link "I don't have a paypal account" (or "pay with credit/debit card") located at the bottom of payment process page. PayPal normally accept every kind of credit cards.
With Credit Card platform (Deutsche Bank) you will be able to pay with mostly credit and debit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
If you have any doubt about your credit card or if you have any issue with standard payment platform, please try with PayPal platform.
Which is your refund policy, when i will be refunded in case of issue?
You have the right to ask for a refund when you cancel your transfer up to 1 hour before the pickup time, by calling to our 24 hours helpline or sending us an email during working hours (Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00) or when our vehicle do no arrive to pickup location.
You do not have the right to ask for a refund when you cancel a service within 1 hour (time between your notification and pickup time is less than 1 hour) or when you do not show at pickup location.
In case of pickup delay, our call center will contact you to notify it.
If the delay is less that 30 minutes and you decide to arrange another transportation, you won't be refunded. If the delay is more than 30 minutes and you finally decide to take another vehicle, you will have the right to ask for a refund of the amount paid.
